iPhone fans in the Philippines: This is not a drill!
The official release date of the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max in the country has finally been revealed. The latest tidbit comes from Apple's local website itself, indicating that the company's most recent trio of smartphones is slated to debut and should become available on October 25, 2019. The site has also revealed their accompanying prices.
The traction that was lately gained by Apple's newest iPhones has been quite significant compared to other generations. This is mainly due to the company's inclusion of multiple cameras on its rear panel, now equipped with an ultra-wide-angle lens. Also, the 2019 iPhones' cheapest variant now features a more sophisticated dual-camera setup on its rear, one that is front-lined by wide and ultrawide camera modules. The more expensive models, on the other hand, sport three lenses – wide, ultrawide, and telephoto.
Apple has also introduced a new color variant that is sure to draw some more interest from the crowd. The new hue, dubbed as Midnight Green, is only available though for the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max editions.
Under the hood, Apple also didn't dilly-dally in equipping its newest smartphones with their latest hardware breakthrough. For one, we now have the new A13 Bionic chipset, which has been topping some of the high-profile benchmark apps as of late.
Another key takeaway from the newest iPhones is the inclusion of an 18W fast charger out of the box for the Pro variants. Also included is a Lightning to Type-C cable which should come in handy for those who are also using MacBooks or other devices which are Type-C-enabled as well.
The iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max also debuted with Apple's latest iOS 13. The newest software introduces probably the most-awaited feature in the bunch – a new Dark Mode option. Additionally, iOS 13 now comes with an all-new Photos tab, new camera software offerings, revamped privacy and security features, overhauled Maps and HomeKit, and an updated Keyboard.
