Samsung introduces the newest Notebook 3 and Notebook 5 laptops
Samsung's latest laptops, the Notebook 3 and the Notebook 5, recently broke cover in its home country, South Korea, where they will start selling this month. The new devices boast a solid performance and practical build.
Samsung recently took the wraps off its latest Windows-running laptops called the Notebook 3 and the Notebook 5. Both of them boast a solid performance and practical build. For instance, the new Notebooks offer you a choice between an 8th-gen Intel quad-core processor and a 7th-gen Intel dual-core chipset. The devices also have an NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, MX110 and MX150 respectively, at the helm. They come powered by a 43 Wh battery.
Moreover, the laptops come with a wide trackpad, full-sized keyboards with number pads, and ergonomically-crafted keycaps for comfortable typing. Having an anti-glare panel and colors tuned by Samsung Color Engine, they produce stunningly-vibrant images and videos. The Notebook 3 has two display variants: the smaller one with 14-inches and the other with 15.6-inches. The Notebook 5, on the other hand, sports a 15.6-inch screen. They are only 19.8 mm, 19.9 mm and 19.6 mm wide respectively, which makes them easy to use, carry, and transport.
Regarding the new laptops, YoungGyoo Choi, the Senior Vice President of the PC Business Team, Mobile Communications Business at Samsung Electronics stated, "When developing the Notebook 5 and Notebook 3, we wanted a device that balanced style with powerful functionality. These devices designed for everyday use and premium computing experiences are the result of our on-going commitment to carefully listening to our customers and their needs."
Meanwhile, the Notebook 3 is available in several color options including Night Charcoal, Deep Peach, Misty Gray, and Pure White. The Notebook 5 will only be offered in a Light Titan hue. All of the models will start selling in Korea starting this month and launch globally in the second quarter of the year. Details regarding their RAM and storage capacity as well as their pricing information will surely come out soon.
