About Dell Adamo
Dell improves multiple laptop franchises in Philippines
Dell is a very versatile company. It never bores its users with a single type of product, and always comes up with multiple variants. This is one of the reasons as to why this company is so popular in South Asian markets, including Philippines. Dell has produced 3 separate franchises for laptops, namely – Inspiron, XPS and Vostro. These 3 separate franchises are quite different from each other, so that there is no sense of redundancy among users.
History
Dell was founded way back in 1984, nearly 31 years ago by Michael Dell, who is the founder, chairman and the current CEO of this company. Even though its head quarters are located in Texas, USA, Dell operates largely in the Asian markets – especially in Singapore, Philippines and Malaysia. Even South Asian markets such as India also experience a huge market availability of Dell’s products.
Popularity
Dell’s popularity is pretty widespread between several price sections of the users. This is due to the fact that Dell incorporates 3 different laptop franchises for different spec lists and price range. In this way, all types of customers are satisfied with their purchase.
Popular Franchises
Inspiron – This franchise is one of Dell’s original franchises that deal with PC computers and laptops. It is specifically designed to put out models that are suitable for home and office space. It consists of a huge line of laptops, encompassing over 3 different series – 3000, 5000 and 7000 series. Its laptops range from 11 inch display to 17 inch, with HD display, and 2-in-1 touch screen setup as well.
XPS – This is a relatively new franchise which specializes in ultrabooks which transform in to handheld tablets. The models run on Windows 8.1 OS, but can be upgraded to Windows 10. This franchise features 3 separate models – XPS 12, 13, and 15. Screen size varies from 12 inches to 15 inches, with HD touch screen feature and 3200x1800 pixels Quad HD resolution.
Vostro – This brand deals exclusively with light laptop models which makes it extra portable and very handy. Its models have sleek design, with outstanding graphics and inbuilt Windows 10 upgrade from their existing Windows 8.1 OS. It consists of one particular series – 5000 series’ models, with both 14 and 15 inches display units. Optional touch feature is also included.
Marketing Strategy
Due to Dell’s expanding market share in Philippines, the company is really trying to cement its position among the top laptop products in the country. Its valuable marketing strategy includes offering newer and improved products to its users for better viability in the future.
