Microsoft Game Consoles particularly the Xbox was first unveiled on November 15, 2001, in the United States with the launch of the original Xbox console. The original device was the first video game console offered by the Microsoft Company even though the market was being dominated by Sony and Nintendo. The Xbox was originally called as the "DirectX Box," it was planned to be the first game system built like a Personal Computer and to convey all of the versatility and the power of gaming device to the console market.

Microsoft Xbox 360 250GB HDD:
This is also known as Xbox 360 S. This game console is finished in glossy black plastic. It improves on the classic Xbox 360 by adding a Kinect port, additional USB ports, integrated wireless and built-in optical audio out.
Microsoft Xbox 360 4GB HDD:
This game console was launched with a sleek new look, 4GB hard drive, built-in Wi-Fi. This game console brings all the best in gaming and entertainment with ease.
Microsoft Xbox One:
This device doesn't take much design which will remind of Xbox 360 or the Xbox 360 Slim. Instead, it has the original Xbox design: a giant black box which is big, black, and rectangular. It has a combination of glossy and matte black finishes. It comes along with Windows 10 which the user can stream games to their PC with Xbox Windows 10 app.
Microsoft Xbox One X:
This is the latest device that will pack an octa-core CPU overclocked at 2.3GHz, 12GB of GDDR5, memory, and gaming PC-worthy GPU with 40 compute units and 6 Teraflops of power. This will be definitely the most powerful game console once it comes out this November 2017.

In the Philippines, Filipinos love for gaming cannot be measured. From the previous year's up to now, there will always be a generation of kids who are fond of playing video games on dedicated gaming consoles starting from Atari 2600 on the late 70's, Nintendo Family Computer on the 80's and Sony PlayStation on the 90's. Currently, the Microsoft Xbox is the new trend as it has a bunch of social networking feature that the Xbox Live has because it gives the user more than a gaming experience but a community where a gamer can share and play with others from around the globe.
