Xiaomi has officially launched the Mi 11 smartphone, its first flagship offering in 2021. And like any premium device from the Chinese global technology leader, the phone doesn't disappoint when it comes to grabbing the headlines―from its show-stopping chipset down to its industry-leading high-resolution rear camera.

Starting off in the display department, the Xiaomi Mi 11 features a 6.81-inch AMOLED quad-curved DotDisplay panel, with 1,440 x 3,200 pixels. The phone's screen is also made of the new E4 light-emitting material, offering a peak brightness of 1,500 nits.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi Mi 11's display supports a 120Hz refresh rate, alongside an equally high touch sampling rate of 480Hz. The Mi 11 also makes use of Corning's latest, the Gorilla Glass Victus.
Around the back of the device, the Xiaomi Mi 11 has a top-tier 108MP 8K lens, headlining a triple-camera setup. The primary camera also boasts a 1/1.33-inch large image sensor with support for OIS. The phone's rear cam system is then accompanied by a 13MP ultrawide unit and a 5MP macro sensor, all housed in a curved square camera module.

Now onto the Xiaomi Mi 11's main highlight: the inclusion of Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888. The phone is notably the first in the industry to be powered by the chipmaker's SoC based on a 5nm process.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 also has 8GB/12GB of RAM tiers and non-expandable 128GB/256GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage options. The handset is likewise a powerhouse in terms of its battery features, front-lined by a 4,600mAh capacity, with support for 55W fast wired and 50W fast wireless charging options; there's also a 10W reverse wireless charging support.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 also ships with the latest MIUI 12.5, based on the current Android. Other key features of the phone include dual speakers with SOUND BY Harman Kardon, Bluetooth 5.2, an in-display fingerprint reader, NFC, and USB Type-C.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 carries a starting price tag of CNY 3,999 (around PHP 29,800). The phone already went on sale in China recently through its official sales channels.
