Very poor customer service handling!
Card member na ako ng bangko na ito for already three years. Okay naman ang card kaya lang nagkaroon ako ng dispute na niresolba ng RCBC nang walang imbestigasyon at hindi nagtatanong sa akin. Sobrang pathetic customer experience ko talaga ito at ayokong ayoko na ulit na ma-associate sa RCBC ulit. Sana ay ma-fix ng management nila ang poor customer service handling nila.

Meron sa pag kakaalam ko pero kadalasan oras lang, kung ngayon araw yung due date mo dapat bukas before 10am makapag bayad ka na, baka ganun oras nag babago yung cycle ng billing nila kaya ganun. Pwede ka din naman tumawag sa mga call center nila para bigyan sila ng heads up, madalas bibigyan ka ng extension pero kung palagi ka nahingi baka maging delinquent status mo

feeling hindi lahat ng gas station kaya dapat tanungin mo sakanila kung anong gas station lang yung pwede para maka kuha ka ng rebate

Oo ata, ibabawas nila yung rebate points sa total bill mo, pero ewan ko lang kung anong requirements kelangan para sa mga ganitong card, saka baka may mga condition dito bago mo ma-avail yung fuel rebate, lugi naman ata yung RCBC kapag lagi kang may fuel rebate pero kung ganun maganda yung freebies ng card na ito
