In line with the recently posted teaser by HUAWEI itself giving out the launch date of the nova 3 in China, it seems like the Chinese tech behemoth is also looking forward to releasing the smartphone in other markets outside China, including the Philippines 10 days after its initial release. Just yesterday, a promotional advertisement, which has the words "Coming Soon" and the date "July 28, 2018," was spotted at the Glorietta Mall in Manila. Although it doesn't explicitly mention about the upcoming device, the gradient colors used in the statement "Coming Soon" resembles the color theme of the nova 3 device which we already saw a couple of times thanks to the leaks spotted on the China-based microblogging website Weibo.
The HUAWEI nova 3 packs a striking resemblance to its close relative, the P20 Lite, complete with the infamous display notch. The device is expected to sport a colossal 6.3-inch display having a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19:9. As a part of the nova series, the device will also continue to sport four cameras: two on the front and another two on the back. The front fascia will house a 24MP + 2MP dual-camera setup while the back panel comes with a 16MP + 24MP pair. On its core lies the company's in-house Kirin 710 octa-core processor paired with 6GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. The whole package will get its juice from a hefty 3,650mAh battery with support for Super Charge fast-charging technology. The nova 3 is expected to be offered in three color options, namely Gold, Aqua, and an Aurora-like finish.
As of now, there's still no information regarding the smartphone's pricing in the Philippines. Rest assured, the month of July won't end without the nova 3 launching in our area.
