Terrible service!

Nag-open ako ng account nito last November 2018 at nung matanggap ko yung card ko at ma-activate ito, nag-set up ako ng online account at hindi ko malaman kung paano gagamitin dahil hindi ko makita ang account ko.Nag-attempt akong gamitin ang card ko ilang linggo pagkatapos kong ma-activate ito pero na-declined ito. Tumawag ako sa customer service at sinabi nila na kailangan ng info ng Security Department nila. Sinabi ko na hindi ako nakatanggap ng notification at sinabi nila na nag-aantay akong tumawag. Tinransfer nila ako sa Security Department pero hindi na nakaabot dahil magsasara na sila ng alas singko. Sinabihan ako na kailangan kong kausapin sila at yung customer service ay hindi ako matutulungan kaya kailangan ko pa ulit tumawag ng Lunes. Tumawag ako nang Lunes at pinag-antay nila ako nang mahigit na tatlong oras sa wala lang... :-( Terrible service!!!

Pwede naman, tumawag ka lang sa banko tapos magrequest ka ng bagong billing date, hindi ko lang alam kung may charge yun saka ano mangyayari sa late payment mo pero inaapprove lang ata yung pagkatpos mo magbayad para sa buwan na yun or next billing date. Hindi ko lang alam kung pwede sa mismong banko iprocess yun kasi alam ko yung mga ganyan puro sa tawag lang nagagawa
