The worst customer service

Holder ako ng credit card na ito pero kailangan kong i-cancel at i-close na rin ang account. Di kasi okay ang customer service nila at kahit na paulit-ulit akong tumatawag, pangit pa rin ang serbisyo nila at hindi man lang nagre-respond. Kahit na tumatawa ako ay wala namang sumasagot at kung meron man ay pinagpapasa-pasahan nila ako. I will warn my friends and family about this card para maging aware din sila.

Yung mga customer service ng Citibank ay fantastic talaga. Gusto ko na nakikinig sila sa mga pangangailangan ng mga customers nila at talagang aktwal na mga staff ang kumakausap sayo kesa sa iba na computer lang kapag may kailangang i-deal na mga complex na issues. Masayang tumutulong ang mga staff at magalang pa sa lahat ng mga customers nila. I'm happy with this bank.

how long bago malaman kung approved ka sa card na inaapplyan mo? mag 1 month na ksi wala pa ako narereceive na tawag o text sa agent. kailangan ko na mag ka credit card.

sa akin within a week may sagot na tpos within the month nakuha ko na po yung card ko. so same week ko din nalaman kung approve ako o hindi, kapag humingi sila ng additional requirements alam ko ma aapprove na ako kapag within 3 days walang tawag text or email alam ko ma dedecline na ako yun ang mga signs na napapansin ko.

Kung walang problema sa mga requirements mo normally within a week, madalas nga three days pa lang nakalipas sasabihan ka na kapag approved, excited mga banko ibaon sa utang lahat ng may magandang credit score. Kapag normal lang yung record mo, ayun minsan tumatagal ng two weeks, yung sa friend ko inabot ng one month bago siya nasabihan

Pwede mo naman tawagan or itext yung bank kung saan ka nag apply, minsan approved na hindi ka lang agad na inform, may mga ganun talaga hindi ko din alam bakit nakakalimutan nila iinform o mag set ng automated notification para sa mga nagaapply ng credit card, nagagawa naman nila sa mga late payers, so dapat pati yun kaya nila gumawa ng automated

Depende din sa klase ng credit card na inaapplyan mo, kapag yung mga mataas na card tumatagal talaga yun ng 2 weeks depende kung personal ka nag apply, kung sila nag offere pre-approved na yun kaya mabilis yung process, card na lang aantayin mo, minsan pa nga sesendan ka na lang ng credit card ng walang permission, tapos sasabihn nila na its up to you kung gagamitin mo o hindi pero tinutukso ka lang ng mga ganun

Kelangan ba talaga umabot ng 1 month yung result ng application? Baka may sinend sayo na email na hindi mo lang nabasa pa? Ako naman three weeks na ata yung pinakamatagal na inantay ko bago ako natext ng declined application, pag approve ang bibilis mag text mga banko, 3 days pa lang after ng application ko sa ibang bank natext na agad ako ng approve ako

Sa mismong bank agent o banko ka ba nag apply? Baka kasi kung sa mga third party agent matagal talaga? Uso kasi mag outsource ng mga credit card agent, yung mga nakikita ko mo sa SM na nagtatanong kung may credit card ka? Hindi naman sila necessarily nag bebenta ng bagong credit card pero ang point ko lang ay hindi talaga empleyado ng mismong bank yun pero part ng credit card company, kapag galing doon baka mas mahaba yung process

mabilis pa din naman ngayon, last application ko within the day nalaman ko na na approve ba ako o hindi at unfortunately hindi, mas mabilsi kung sa banko kayo mismo mag apply kasi mas mabilsi ang results at alam niyong safe ang mga documents niyo, mahirap na kasi gamitin pa ng mga ahente ang information niyo.

Kapag one month wala ka pa din narinig malamang declined ka na, parang pag aapply lang yan ng trabaho, hindi ka lang inupdate kasi wala silang interest sa mga hindi nila cliente, pero magandang idea pa din na tawagan sila para iupdate yung status ng application mo, malay mo chambang approved ka pala hindi ka lang natawagan or may mali sa contact info na binigay mo
