BlackBerry KEYone Bronze Edition is coming to a store near you
BlackBerry is back on the block but not how we ever knew BlackBerry. From the standard all-black color, BlackBerry will now offer a Bronze colored KEYone dubbed as the Bronze Edition, which may not be for everyone's taste, but is certainly something new coming from the brand.
BlackBerry enters 2018 with its latest offering, sadly though it's not a new device, but rather, a new variant for the BlackBerry KEYone dubbed as the BlackBerry KEYone Bronze Edition.
BlackBerry Mobile mentioned that the Bronze Edition will probably be the last color variant to be offered for the KEYOne, as the company prepares towards new product launches. In addition, Alain Lejeune, Global General Manager for BlackBerry Mobile ratifies that they will launch "at least two new phones" this 2018.
So, what's new with the KEYone Bronze Edition? Well, it's still the same BlackBerry KEYone everyone has been fond of except for one modification. Compared to the earlier versions, the Bronze Edition drops the spot for a microSD card on the SIM slot to accustom two SIM cards, which is actually popular countries like Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Similar to the KEYone Black Edition, the Bronze Edition also comes with the same 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, up from the 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage on the standard KEYOne.
BlackBerry Mobile only aims to sell the Bronze Edition specifically in definite markets in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. So far, there's still no word of the device pricing and the release date as well. The only hint we know right now is that it could arrive starting Q1 of 2018.
