Hi Opin Fr,
First how to reformat your Asus laptop, while your laptop is off, turn it on or reboot it and when you see the Asus logo press "F9" to access the hidden partition, it may take several tries before you succeed so just keep trying. Press "enter" when windows boot manager appears then follow the on-screen instructions to start reformatting, it may take a while to finish but make sure your laptop have sufficient battery because if it died during the process then it may damage it. Reformatting doesn't damage your hard disk as long as handled carefully, meaning as long you don't do it like thrice a month or interrupt it while in the middle of reformatting then you no need to worry. Hope this helps and have a great day.
