Samsung 4K TV SUHD
Samsung has announced the next generation of 4K TV, "SUHD" at International CES 2015.
Samsung's flat TV do not expand in Japan but is so popular in North America or in Europe.
Tim Baxter, who is the COO and president of Samsung Electronics America said "Samsung UHD is the brand that had led in the TV market so far". 4K TV's share increased up to 60% in the US and the whole TV market share increased 5% as well, said him also.
The TV market share is expected to be increased its number in 2015.
By SUHD TV, it was said that it recreates the color for about 64 times more than the original TV.
SUHD TV will feature the Tizen OS based smart TV function.
LG 4K OLED TV
LG displayed the curved 2015 model that supports 4K OLED TV at CES.
They feature the latest original LG version of "webOS 2.0", which is for smart TV.
LG aimed to diffuse the OLED for the standard home so that they developed it. LG displayed the 77-inch model "EG9900" which used flexible panel, 65-inch model "EG9600" that used curved panel, and 7 other models. They all featured original platform "webOS 2.0" so that it could be customized by the users.
SONY BRAVIA 4K TV
SONY has announced all the BRAVIA TVs that featured Android TV
SONY announced their line up at 2015 International CES, and the all TV series featured Google's "Android TV" as OS. This means you can access Google Play directly and can download your favorite games or apps.
Of course they have 4K processor "X1" to show the beautiful and high quality of image. Plus, they have the company's TRILUMINOS display technology that offers more clear color recreate and improved contrast over existing LED sets.
SHARP AQUOS 4K Super Slim
SHARP's "AQUOS 4K Super Slim" featured Android TV and extremely slim.
The display body is only 1.3cm. It doesn't seem like TV if you see from the side.
Because this super slim TV gets Google's Android TV, it supports "Smart Central 4.0", which is able to search the picutres, YouTube, hulu and TV from your tablet or smartphone. This pictured above is a 70-inch but the company told they are also considering an 80-inch one. And it will be available near end of 2015.
