About Google Tablets
The Android tablets segment needs a benchmark which is not there yet. Google Tablets looks to change all of that with a new user-friendly outlook and devices following it. No doubt, the tech giant is eyeing the already famed Apple and may just give a head-on competition. Read on.
Google Tablets: Intelligent and Top-End Evolutions in Android Tablets
Android tablets are the most singular portion of the market segment. Even though there are numerous tablets running on Android OS, this is still seen as a market segment or section yet to reach its peaks.
Google tablets come in as among the better ones. Their Nexus series is around for a long time competing against the likes of Samsung in the Android segment. But the top ranges move beyond just Android and start including Microsoft and Apple tablets too. Summing it up, this section is more dependent on overall user experience.
Bridging the Ergonomic Gaps
Google Tablets are more than just mobile devices running on Android. The only reason Google resorts to Android is to avoid coming up with an in-house OS. But there's another reason and that is simply to cater to a larger consumer range. Going deeper into Google's market strategy, tablets come in just between PCs and mobile devices. The technological gap is all about striking a balance between mobility and comprehensibility of functions.
To look at Microsoft and Apple tablets, their onus lies in convertibility options, i.e. PC functions with additional mobile features. However, Google tablets have a contrary approach. These are simply mobile devices running Android with PC-like functions. The tablets are all about providing the consumer with a bigger screen which itself automatically increases functional abilities.
But Google wants to take its tablets beyond just the PC-Mobile gap of design dynamics. To come to the Google or Android One project, this is a collaboration which is still in its fledgling stages of development but already opening up a whole range of new possibilities. A hardware and software standard, Google looks to bring a whole range of mobile ergonomic devices under its umbrella and add more value to user experience via software add-ons.
Google Pixel C: The Best Android Tablet
This Android tablet arguably rates as the best tablet around. It is safe to say that this is the best of all Google tablets. The manufacturers are simply setting a benchmark and directing the tablet segment.
Sporting a 10.2 inch LTPS LCD 2K+ display, it has a screen resolution of 2560x1880 pixels sporting an sRGB color gamut and 1500:1 contrast ratio. Seamless graphics and performance come with a guarantee thanks to a state-of-the-art NVIDIA Tegra X1 chipset running with a Maxwell GPU. Weighing just over a pound, the Google Pixel C stills integrates a 34.2 W-Hr. battery along with 64 GB of internal storage and a 3 GB RAM. All of this runs the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat. There's an 8 MP rear camera and 2 MP front camera.
Breaking down this device, Google aims for minimalism with extra-device features such as the camera setup. Instead, this integrates industry-leading display and performance specs clearly stating and mimicking the consumer sentiment. Multi-tasking and multimedia are the most important check-boxes which this device wants to check. This is the direction which Android tablets are going to take in the future.
Other Google Tablets
Continuing from a previous pointer, Google always works to provide outputs relative to the highest percentage of consumers possible. Their Nexus range of tablets is just a notch below the Pixel C. But these tablets are all about high value of functions against price allowing them to reach out to a larger creed of consumers with ease.
Google Tablets in Philippines
Philippines buyers do have the complete range of Nexus tablets from the Nexus 7 all the way to the Google Nexus 10. With the Pixel C, Google is competing against Apple iPad's and Microsoft Surface Pads. To sum it up, Google tablets are looking to capture the largest section of the market including Philippines.
