Yamaha Reveals line-up for EICMA

We now have a preview of the new colors for Yamaha's upcoming line of 2017 motorbikes.

We've heard about a lot of models coming out from Yamaha for their range of 2017 bikes, and we've heard news of upcoming models like the MT-07, the Tracer 900 and the new YZF-R125, and limited edition R1. Well, now we have word on the colors that these new bikes will be coming in.

We're still a way off from the Intermot and EICMA motor shows, but Yamaha has released the information on the new model colors. Along the range of colors here are Competition White for the MT-07, Radical Red for the YZF-R125, Mountain Green for the Tracer 900, and the stunning Race Blu for the limited edition YZF-R1M.

We've also reported previously that the YZF-R1M will only be available through a very exclusive online process which is designed to filter out those who are not qualified to purchase and own the bike. The ordering system will open on Tuesday, October 11 next week. An extra added perk for the YZY-R1M is inclusion of the Yamaha Racing Experience in 2017, a series of on-site workshops and under the supervision of MotoGP legend Colin Edwards.

The full range of colors for 2017 are as follows. For the YZF-R1, you have Tech Black and Race Blu. Race Blu will have the updated graphical design.

The YZF-R125 will have Radical Red, Tech Black and Race Blu, once again with the new graphics.

The Tracer 900 comes in Tech Black, Mountain Green, and Yamaha Blue (with new graphics).

The MT-07 and MT-125 will both come in Tech Black, Yamaha Blue and Night Fluo. Competition White will only be available for the MT-07

The XT1200Z/ZE Super Tenere will have Yamaha Blue and Tech Black options.

The XV950R will come in just Tech Graphite.

Lastly, the XSR900 comes in Tech Black, Garage Metal, and Rock Slate. While the XSR700 comes in Tech Black, Forest Green and Garage Metal.

These are an interesting array of colors to welcome the new year, and Yamaha will surely deliver the same world-class motorcycles, but now sporting a shiny new coat of paint.
