Kawasaki motorcycles is a part of Kawasaki Heavy Industries that is involved with the manufacture of Motorcycles and engines produced in USA, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines. The company initially produced motorcycles under the name Meguro, with whom the company was partners earlier. Both the companies merged in 1962 and since then the production of motorcycles took a turn for the better. Kawasaki D-Tracker is a newly created lineup motorcycles that emphasize on racing and off-road aspect of such vehicles. The bikes under this lineup featured a ‘Naked’ design with the engine clearly visible, powerful suspensions and higher ground clearance.

Its features – There are various models under the D-Tracker lineup that deserve their fair chance of discussion. Boasting on unorthodox style and super efficiency at trekking through difficult conditions, the models come with the following features:

D-Tracker 125: This 125 CC model comes equipped with an Air-cooled 2v single-cylinder OHC engine with the capability of producing 10 bhp horsepower and 7.38 lb-ft torque. Engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and averages fuel consumption 75 miles per litre.

Kawasaki D-Tracker X: This model released in 2013, and features a single cylinder, four-stroke engine with maximum capability of reaching horsepower up to 24.14 and torque 21 Nm. The DOHC Digital Fuel injection engine is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox and has fuel consumption 2.50 litres.

D-Tracker 150: This bike released in 2014 with a Single cylinder, 4-stroke SOHC engine capable of producing horsepower 11.70 and maximum torque up to 12 Nm. The engine is paired to a 5-speed Chain transmission and has fuel consumption 1.92 litres per 100 Km.
