About OnePlus Mobile Phones
OnePlus gets one step ahead of its competitors due to outstanding features
A Chinese manufacturer that is rising in popularity every passing day is OnePlus, which was founded in December, 2013. Quickly after it was formed, the company expanded to 34 countries around the world among which they received a stellar applause in the market of Philippines. What makes this brand popular are its exceptional quality smart phones that triumph even the global leaders like Samsung, Sony, etc. both in terms of specifications as well as price point.
After releasing some of the best smart phones that the industry has ever seen, OnePlus is currently enjoying its position as one of the global leaders of smartphone technology.
History of the maker
The company was founded by former vice president of Oppo, Carl Pei and Pete Lau. With the intention to design a smart phone that finds a perfect balance between high quality and lower price tag, the term that OnePlus used to market their products is "Never settle", which means that users should never be satisfied with low quality phones just because they don't have the means to afford an extremely expensive one. On the third April, 2014, the company unveiled its first device going by the name of OnePlus One. This model became a runaway hit and sold exclusively through Amazon in India.
Needless to say, all the units that were put on sale were grabbed by the people in a matter of seconds leaving others who wanted a taste of this glorious device waiting for the next batch. The company has grown in both technology and sales figures since then, and has a great fan base in the Philippines as well.
Popular models of OnePlus
The company has released three high-profile models so far, each of which come with their unique features and top-class specifications. But one common factor between these models are that, each and every one of them are priced at a very affordable rate. The three models are:
- OnePlus One: 5.5 inch screen, Snapdragon 801 Processor, 13 megapixel camera, 3100 mAh battery
- OnePlus 2: 5.5 inch screen, Snapdragon 801 processor, 13 MP camera, 3300 mAh Li-Po battery
- OnePlus X: 5 inch screen 13 MP camera, Snapdragon processor, 3 GB RAM, 2525 mAh battery
Reason for the popularity in the Philippines
OnePlus has managed to exceed all expectations of people and become a popular hit almost instantaneously. What attracted the Filipinos in the first place is the fact that this company was very transparent in their affairs and promised to do deliver best value for money within the Philippines. What else does anyone want?
