Popularity in the Philippines
O+ is pretty familiar to many Pinoys because the phone is featured daily in GMA7’s noontime show Eat Bulaga. And because Eat Bulaga introduced O+ level 6.3 WiFi Air Shuffle, many people could to know its particularity as well as its name. The technology of Air Shuffle was very impressive. Its technology helps you to take self-portrait easily. Air Shuffle is located in the top right corner of the O+ 8.12 and it would be recognized you when you pass your hand through that portion as gesture. So if your gesture did not hit the place it located, it would not react. The Air Shuffle is limited to a number of apps of Camera, Gallery, FM Radio, and Music as well.
TechPinas Pinoy compared the performance of both O+ 8.12 and Samsung Galaxy S3. It’s the midrange Android Smartphone battle. TechPinas Pinoy compares the features, connectivity, appearance, camera, music, and memory. Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini has a Super AMOLED screen and it seemed better than O+ 8.15 IPS panel but O+ 8.15 is 0.5 inch larger though. About the resolution, O+ 8.12 has a higher for the main camera and bigger battery pack. It has also featured a scratch-resistant touchscreen, and there, of course it has a big advantage of featuring Air Shuffle technology for the Camera, Photo Album, FM radio and Music. There are not so big differences between both of other functions.
O+ web page is kind of unique. As you scroll down, the pictures move as Adobe Flash tool. There is no column, but it categorized as Home, Android, Pad, WiFi, Music, and All Devices. In All Devices category, you can see more specific things when you click “READ MORE” or you can download the manual.
