I bought a Samsung phone before and it broke down due to SIM card slot is not functioning right, and since it's under warranty and I left it for them to repair it took me two weeks to acquire my phone and for them to tell me they cannot repair or find a part for it and what is another aggravating is that since it cannot be repaired, parts of it where replaced and they returned the item worst before I brought it to them, management is no good at all. Hindi na kayo makakaulit.

Incompetent and unprofessional. I ordered and paid for a digital camera on May 9, 2017. Then, on May 26th, Widgetcity calls me up to say they are out of stock. Really?? It took them two weeks to find out that they have nothing to deliver. And then, they ask for my bank details over the phone. I refused and told them to request it by email. This review should have NO STARS AT ALL!

Bad service and deceptive business practices.
Sa lahat ng nabiktima ng Widget City. Pwedeng ireklamo ito sa DTI. Yung law natin is for 7 days replacement. Pati kapag sira ang motherboard, malamang reconditioned or repacked yang binenta sa inyo. Nagkalat ang mga repacked na mga gadgets. Even iPhones and Samsung phones. Kaya wag kayong masyadong confident sa mga online stores. Marami pa rin scammers pagdating sa pera.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES, there are a lot of other better online stores.
we bought a phone, returned it after 5 days after dahil nawala yung signal, we got 0 updates sa phone, texts and email after tons of follow ups!!! binabagsakan pa kami ng phone MGA ANIMAL NA TO ANG BABASTOS! pumunta kami sa kanila after 40 days DOON LANG INASIKASO YUNG TECHNICAL REPORT!! after a week naglabas sila ng report saying na yung phone's motherboard is faulty and need to be replaced at pinagbabayad kami 13,500 for it??? hindi kami pinayagan irefund yung phone dahil daw sa 3 day replacement policy. Found out na they have tons of reports and complaints. THE PHONE IS COMPLETELY USELESS!! we spent almost 20k for nothing, they don't care about the customers, kahit yung maayos na updates na lang e..

Ang bobo ko for trusting this store. I paid full price for a bb unit. Then sasabihin lang na di available and mag oorder pa. Then ang i oorder ay hindi parehas sa binayaran ko! I asked for refund today eh sa friday pa daw ang refund sched! Kakapal nyo! Hiyang hiya kami sa inyo! Ilang batas ng E Commerce act ang nilabag nyo? Wala kayo kwenta! Magsara na kayo!

They shouldn't be operating at all. They don't know customer service. Or maybe they need to hire more qualified people to do their jobs.
I ordered a blackberry unit and they said I had to deposit 20% first before they contact their suppliers and get the unit I want. So i did deposit. After 2 days, they said my item can't be ordered because it's no longer available from their suppliers. I asked for the refund of my deposit. They said it should be refunded on May 13, 2016. I called at around 3PM that day and said their boss who would sign the refunds had an emergency. Whether that's true or not, I knew something could be up. Now I called them again and "Vanie" who answered my call said that the person who was at the bank had not given her an update yet and hurriedly disconnected the call. Whether a customer proceeded with their order or not, be courteous. I dont know if their boss is aware of how they manage their customers.
I should have considered the bad feedback people give them. Do not buy from this shop please if you want to save yourself from being stressed and worried about your money.

WidgetCity is afraid of competition that is why they are deleting Facebook posts that are against them, an example is a price comparison between KimStore and their store.
Bought them Samsung phone years ago and the description does not match with the item they shipped. The phone edition is different from what is posted online so please be aware of this and confirm to this store.

Nag purchased aq ng iPad mini 2, paid it till now di pa dumarating di sila nag rereply sa mga email q wala man lang confirmation Kung kailan darating ang items sort this problem I want my money back until now wala pa rin aq matatangap almost a week na

NEVER EVER AGAIN, WIDGETCITY!
YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS.
I ordered a Galaxy S3 mini battery last THursday (Dec 12, '13) and payed the item the same day thru BPI.
then emailed the receipt after i went home around 8pm which i know is beyond their working hours. i texted immediately this number 0917.509.6041 after i emailed them.
The following day (friday), i texted them again about the receipt and asked if when can i possibly have my order.
I immediately got the reply, 'tommorow na po'.
i was happy.
So saturday came, i waited the whole day but i received nothing. i texted them. no reply. i emailed them. no reply.
Sunday.. still no packaged came. again, i texted and emailed them. and again, i hear nothing from widgetcity.
The next day, i texted them in the morning. Asking for my order, or atleast the tracking number. i was already frustrated that time. Then finally someone replied, telling me TO STOP ACTING LIKE A KID AS SUNDAY IS NOT A WORKING DAY! and its next text was asking if i already have emailed my receipt!
DA HECK! YOU CONFIRMED THAT I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER LAST SATURDAY AND NOW YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW IF I HAVE EMAILED MY RECEIPT? YOU EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO GET ANGRY!
Then i replied that i have already emailed the receipt last THURSDAY.
Then they replied that they were not able to ship my order last saturday since its already the cutoff and sunday is no shipping day.
They should have shipped it day before saturday since they already confirmed to me that i can already receive my order on Saturday.But instead, I just calm down because i don't have a choice but to wait for them.
They said they will ship my order the same day (Monday) and i can possibly receive it the next day.
Then tuesday came. again, i waited the whole day for my order. at the end of the day, nothing came.
but i did not text them.
Today, Wednesday. 6days after i placed my order.
i texted and emailed widgetcity at around 9+am asking for my tracking number. i received a reply around 12+ nn only asking for my name. immediately i replied.
hours of waiting, again, they did not reply.
i even tried to call their landline (+632.256.00.88), asking for the tracking number. the first time i called, he told me to call back cause he doesn't know any details of my order since he was not the one in-charge for samsung.
I called again in the afternoon. asking for the same thing.
She was unsure of my query so she said she had to look for the details first and i just have to call them back. however, i insisted to just wait on the line cause i was already frustrated with my order. But, the next thing i know, she already hang up on me! I tried to call again and again but no one's answering and later on the line became busy!
Later this afternoon finally i got a reply, and it says THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO SHIP MY ORDER SINCE I DID NOT PAY THEIR SHIPPING FEE! HECK! IT SAYS THERE IN THEIR WEBSITE THAT SHIPMENT IS FREE!!!! AND NOW, I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT?
I SUBMITTED MY ORDER DECEMBER 12, 2013, today is DECEMBER 18 already, and they just informed me about the shipment!!!
WHAT THE! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??
AND NOW I TOLD YOU TO FIX THIS, and ALL YOU COULD OFFER IS MY REFUND???
VERY VERY LOUSY SERVICE, WIDGETCITY!
IM NOT REALLY SURE IF YOU KNOW WHAT DOES 'CONVENIENCE' MEANS!
VERY INCOMPETITIVE SERVICE!!!!
