This is the second time I am trying to buy a TV from LAZADA. The first TV order was cancelled (order # 200432251156210) and I have not received a refund as yet. When I tried again to buy another TV the purchase (order # 200755518156210) was again cancelled but my credit card was charged again. I am now due 2 refunds for TV's. Also a set of pots from order # 200634987756210 was also cancelled but not refunded. What kind of company is this that charges for items they do not have and does not refund my money ????

for more than 3 years now,,lazada had given me a very satisfactory services,excellent as well,,,just 2 incidents among hundreds of transaction ,dismay me,,at one time i place an order of a 45cal toygun worth 3,000php,,,order was processed,,shipped, and given sked for delivery,,ahead of delivery time.,courier delivered the item, after i paid as per bill,,courier left without letting me signing confirmation of receipt,,and later found out that item is defective and lack items,,,the worst was it was declared by lazada that order was cancelled,,so,got no reason to send it back to them for correction or replacement,,,the 2nd incident was last march 27,2018, i placed an orderfor a laptop worth 11,999.00.,and was notified as usual to my cellphone with order no200166238462328 as confirmation,,,so sad, i keep on tracking it,,nothing,,,up to the present my order was gone and ads was gone as well...lazada management have to look on their supplier doing fishy transaction,,,command responsibility.

ive been cancelling my order fulfilled by lazada after it missed 5 days from promised delivery date and did NOTHING. I raised the concern several times and just asked ko to "accept the item" when I no longer need it. I abought another gift because ordering through lazada was a big FAILURE.

WORST AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
The worst customer service ever. The agent named Mae - E, just like the other agents, is not willing to help. They canceled one of the items from my order and they want me to reorder it and pay the shipping fee. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

SCAM : DONT BUY HERE
I ordered a 5' Teddy Bear on 6 Feb 2018 with a delivery date shown as 13 Feb 2018. On 12 Feb Lazada extended the delivery date to 20 Feb. A further extension was advised on 20 Feb extending delivery to 25 Feb. As of today 23 Feb I made contact with Online Chat advisor to request a delivery status and confirm a GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE. I was advised that it will take up to 48 hours to confirm that. WHAT A JOKE. THEIR ORDER TRACKER IS AN EVEN BIGGER JOKE. IT SHOWS NO REAL INFORMATION. Their Online Chat advisors do their best with a defective system. DONT BUY HERE UNLESS YOUR DONT CARE ABOUT DELIVERY TIMES OR THAT THERE IS NO REAL TRACKING SYSTEM AND THAT IT TAKES DAYS TO ANSWER SIMPLE ENQUIRIES

Bought a laptop charger and it wasnt even the right brand, doesn't charge my laptop and the drivers refused to take back the item. $#*! lazada, will never use them again.

Paid cash on delivery for a brand new Seagate 2TB data storage unit that is defective (only had 129 MB storage!!). Unfortunately, I didn't check it out until the delivery guy disappeared with my money.
Now after pleading with them to do the right thing for three weeks, Lazada won't refund or replace this totally useless device, even though they promised to do one or the other. They are liars and thieves, and I will never buy anything from them ever again! I recommend you buy from a reputable store- not from Lazada!

I used to love Lazada PH, more than any other e-Commerce website in the PH. I love how convenient the service and the wide variety of items that this online shop offers. There are a lot of great deals. So, I have purchased tons of stuff during their Revolution Sale last December 2017. I have ordered a couple of clothes, makeup, and more, but they have failed to deliver it all. First, they failed to deliver the Ashley Shine Matte Lipsticks set that I bought under the order # 321271951, and what triggers my anger is that I have paid for it. I have immediately returned the oval puff which I have purchased along with the said product and it took them more than 2 weeks before they found the lost product. Meanwhile, they have initiated a refund on the oval puff since they have failed to deliver it. What disappoints me is that up until now I haven't received any update about it and that no refund was there to pick up on LBC. I have waited for 5hours for them to unlocked the key, and yes I did go home with nothing. I have been talking to tons of agent for 3weeks and nobody has resolved my concern. They all have the same spill, but their messages were full of lies. I hate liars and with that, I hate the Chat Support Team of Lazada. Up until now, I am still hoping for the refund and for the products that I have purchased from Taobao. I admit that I became rude towards the conversation, but trust me when I say that it is also tiring waiting for them to do what they are paid for. It is exhausting, hearing that we will coordinate with the ... team, please expect a feedback after 24-48hours or maybe they mean 24 to 48days. I have set my own deadline for them to assist me with my concern and don't just set it aside. I guess that this will be the last time that I will make a transaction with them for I don't want to feel so desperate and stress anymore. So guys, let's just wait for the launch of Amazon PH.
Also, I have experience being harass by one of their couriers, he is asking me for a tip after delivering my orders at home as it is out of their service coverage. He keeps on calling me as well, and he said foul words which I hated the most. I have immediately blocked his number as I am so scared of this big fat dude.

I made three orders. Scheduled delivery was 12-16 September. I needed them for a special event on 21 September. I rang on 20 September and they said they would be at least another week (no email to advise me, or adjustment to the delivery date on the order - it was still showing 12-16 Sept) - I cancelled the order with them. When I looked online, they had changed the orders to 'shipped', not cancelled!!!! HOW DISHONEST!!! I now have to wait for them to be delivered, pay for them to be returned and fight them for a refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Slowest to deliver provincial orders. Copy/paste response from the customer support which offers little to no help. Never buying anything from this site ever again.

I do not know why others hate lazada maybe they just dont try it out i have purchased a lot including celphone to gadgets in cash on delivry and the respond is great i received all my item with no problem and what i like from them is there goods and item are much lower and affordable than buying them in a department store there also item that are not availlable elsewhere where u can only buy online so i like lazada very much and great service delivery always on time

Lazada reviews cannot be trusted because they often don't post critical reviews. I asked why they didn't post my honest but only slightly negative review and they wrote back, "to protect the seller." Therefore, when you see a product that should be popular and has no reviews, it's possible that all the reviews were negative. Best to go to that big US site which posts ALL the reviews they get.
BTW, lots of the 5-star reviews on this site are very similar. Makes one wonder if they're written by the same Lazada employee!

they scam me no refund order number 399197988 they cancel my order without my permission no respond dead support..payment via paypal .worst ever experience buying online,, they only need your money they have no concern on customers.
this is my last time to buy on lazada .. Good service in first .second order but in long run lazada makes money on scam ..they scam there customer .they located in manila philippines . worst worst company dont ever buy at lazada .your just wasting your money made in china products not genuine..

Payment is safe. It was shipped on time.. in fact i shop using my paypal account and i cancelled one of my my order then the refund was fast. It was just one day.. i do not have picture because taking picture is not my hobby... i rcommend this to my friends. And they also got good experience.. thank you for the great experience..

Since I have been active in looking at my fb account, I have been wondering how it is to buy online or shopping online. So I tried it and see for myself if it is okay. I saw one item from Lazada and found the price reasonable. I purchased it and, happy to say that I am very much satisfied with them. the item I purchased was delivered on time and their delivery boy was very pleasing.

I was wary of Lazada at first but out of necessity I decided to give it a try. The first time I bought something from there, I received a response quickly through e-mail. Best yet is that their payment method is really flexible. There were a lot of options to choose from which can't be said for other online stores I've seen so far. The product arrived within the stated timeframe and so far, I've never received damaged goods from Lazada.

I am using Credit Card and COD on payment, as far as I am concerned there is no problems encountered yet as of paying using both method.
Delivery time was as expected or earlier than expected.
No problem so far. The support are good in terms of they are asking about how to locate your house.
Comments maybe more discounted items.
