HUAWEI Honor MagicBook will Arrive on April 19 Alongside Honor 10
HUAWEI's sub-brand Honor is about to drop its first-ever portable computer dubbed as the Honor MagicBook. It will launch alongside the much-awaited Honor 10 on the tech firm's launch event slated to happen on April 19.
HUAWEI's Honor subsidiary won't be just focusing on creating smartphones. In fact, the latest reports reveal that it is on the verge of launching the first-ever Honor laptop, marking its entry into the already-crowded portable computer industry. The device in question dubbed as the Honor MagicBook will arrive at the company's launch event for the upcoming Honor 10 flagship phone scheduled on April 19, so basically, we are expecting to see two Honor gadgets on the stage. The confirmation was provided via the tech firm's official account on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo where an image was posted including the laptop's name, design outline, and release date.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time we spotted the laptop in the wild. As a refresher, the Chinese brand already teased the device last April 1, but it was taken as an April Fool's Day joke considering the ultra-thin bezels it carries. However, the newly-released photograph once again reaffirmed the MagicBook's sleek design and very slim bezels which will serve as one of its selling points. In this regard, we believe that the Honor notebook will be a successful device upon its launch in the market, yet still bearing in mind that its success depends greatly on the specs it will be offering.
Of course, the Honor MagicBook won't be the first laptop under the HUAWEI umbrella, but with its help, the parent company would be able to struggle against local brands more successfully. Needless to say, the device would surely pack close resemblance with the recently-introduced HUAWEI MateBook X Pro that hit the market shelves on April 12. The Honor MagicBook also seems promising, and we are looking forward to seeing it next week.
